You can submit your meter readings in My Utilita, using our online meter reading form or by emailing meterreadings@utilita.co.uk.
To submit your reading directly within My Utilita, simply visit the ‘Account’ tab and select ‘Meter Readings’, you’ll then be able to add your electricity and gas readings. Don’t forget, My Utilita also comes with a handy torch feature, so you’ll be able to read your meter even if it’s in a dark space.
Your smart meters should automatically send your readings to us, however if you do need to take a reading simply press 9 on your main meter.
If you have an older style of meter with a digital display or a dial, you will need to manually take a reading by following the steps below.
