You can enter if you’re a UK resident with a live Utilita electricity and/or gas supply. The person named as the account holder must be the person entering and receiving any prize.
You can enter each individual prize draw once per person. You can enter different draws, but you can’t enter the same draw more than once. The monthly Utilita Jackpot works differently, with eligible customers entered automatically. Bonus Tickets can provide additional entries where available.
Each prize draw has its own opening and closing dates. You’ll be able to see the relevant dates for each prize in the My Utilita app.
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries, giving each eligible entry an equal chance of being chosen.
If you win the cash Jackpot, we’ll contact you by email and verify your win by phone. Energy credit winners will receive their prize automatically.
If we can’t get in touch with a winner within the required timeframe, a replacement winner may be selected. Make sure your contact details are kept up to date so we can reach you if you win.
Prizes can’t normally be exchanged or transferred, and there’s no cash alternative. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may provide a replacement prize of similar value. This is at our sole discretion.
The event ticket itself is covered, but travel, accommodation and other costs aren’t included unless the individual prize specifically says otherwise. Venue terms and conditions may also apply.
