If you own your house, it must have an EPC rating of D, E, F or G to be eligible. If you rent your home, the house must have an EPC rating of E, F or G to be eligible.

The ECO scheme is for low income households. If you receive one of the qualifying benefits you may be eligible for fully funded energy efficiency measures.
