Your Customer Reference Number is a 10 digit number and can be found in the top right corner of any letter you have received from Utilita.

What was the reading when you moved in?

Simply enter the numbers on your meter from left to right. You should ignore numbers in red, or any numbers after a decimal point. If you are unable to provide a meter reading we will issue an estimated reading for your bill.

Saving your priority needs will add you to our Priority Service Register. We will use this information to provide priority services and support. We will also share your data with Network Operators and the Water industry to ensure your needs continue to be supported.
