How to find your electricity meter serial number using your in-home display unit

1. Select the 'settings' option from the home screen.

2. Select the 'info' option from the settings screen.

3. Select the 'i' icon in the bottom right of the info screen.

4. Your electricity meter serial number is displayed under the electricity icon.

Based on the card you have chosen your electricity meter should look like the example below. Your Meter Serial Number will be located on the front of the meter highlighted below in a red box. It will usually be near the CE logo and be displayed similar to the following: 'SR. No.:14P0429X33'. Please only enter the charcters after the : symbol in to our form (e.g. 14P0429X33).

How to find your gas meter serial number using your in-home display unit

1. Select the 'settings' option from the home screen.

2. Select the 'info' option from the settings screen.

3. Select the 'i' icon in the bottom right of the info screen.

4. Your gas meter serial number is displayed under the gas icon.

Based on the card you have chosen your gas meter should look like the example below.

Your Meter Serial Number will be located on the front of the meter highlighted below in a red box. It will displayed similar to the following: 'SR. No.:G13P000X023'. Please only enter the charcters after the : symbol in to our form (e.g. G13P000X023).
