You can pay your bills and view detailed account information on the My Utilita app. Login online at
my.utilita.co.ukor download the app on the

With BillPay
Your BillPay number will enable you to pay off any outstanding balances on your account, allowing you to pay on
our website, over the phone on our automated payment line or with cash at any PayPoint or Payzone outlet. You
can find your BillPay Card Number by the barcode on your bill and in the My Utilita app.
By post
You can pay by cheque made out to Utilita Energy Limited. Simply add your Customer Reference Number to the back
and send it to our Freepost address at:

Set up a monthly Direct Debit
If you’d prefer to pay monthly, you can set up a Direct Debit by filling out a
Direct Debit Form
or by contacting us on 03300 535 669.
Setting up a Direct Debit is an easy way to keep on top of your payments. We can help to calculate a suitable
Direct Debt amount based on your usage to be taken on a date of your choice each month.

Help with your benefits
You can have some of your bills (including rent, services charges, fuel or water bills) paid directly out of
your benefits payments if you’re having difficulties. This is called ‘third party deductions - Fuel Direct’.
