  • What is Payit?

    Payit is a method of payment that links directly with your bank account, adding an additional layer of security. As a method of Open Banking, this means payments and refunds can be processed instantly.

  • Is Payit safe?

    Payit links directly to your bank, meaning you’ll be required to authenticate yourself to access your bank account. This gives an added layer of protection, as you’ll need your banking security credentials.

  • How do you set-up Payit?

    Download the My Utilita app and head to the Payments section. Select Make a payment and enter your amount. Select PAY BY BANK and choose your bank from the list. You’ll then be securely connected to your banking app and asked to authenticate yourself. Once you have made one payment with Payit, your bank will be remembered for future payments. For security reasons, you’ll always be required to authenticate via your banking app.
