How to register

If you’ve not yet tried our award-winning app, simply visit the App Store or Google Play, and download My Utilita to get started.

You won’t be able to access My Utilita with your login details from our old Utilita Top-up app – so if you’re new to My Utilita you must Register for a new account. You’ll need your Customer Reference Number which can be found here.
