  • How do I contact Utilita Mobile customer service?

    To speak to our Customer Care Team dial 500 from your Utilita Mobile, or 0330 0585 508 from an alternative phone. Our customer services lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm

  • When can I speak to customer services?

    Our customer services lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm

  • How much does it cost to call Utilita Mobile customer services?

    Calls to our Customer Care Team from your Utilita Mobile SIM, will be taken from any available minutes from your Utilita Pay Monthly Plan. If you have no minutes available, calls will be charged at 8p minute.

  • I am receiving SPAM texts. What can I do?

    If you suspect you are receiving SPAM texts, these can be reported by forwarding the suspect text to message to 7726. Reporting these messages will help to prevent them in the future.
