Fuel Poverty Awareness Day
Raising awareness of the heating and insulation problems faced by low-income households.
Fuel Poverty Awareness Day is coordinated by fuel poverty charity, National Energy Action (NEA), and falls at the end of the Warm Homes Campaign. Set to raise awareness amongst both politicians and members of the public, this National Day is a reminder of the problems surrounding fuel poverty and the action needed to be taken, in order to help and support those struggling to heat their homes.
The Warm Homes Campaign was launched on the 5th November 2015, with a Parliamentary announcement in the House of Commons on 24th November 2015 and continues until today; Fuel Poverty Awareness Day. For more information or advise and help in your area, please click here
