Power Payback was created to reward eligible customers for reducing their electricity use during specific periods when demand on the national energy network was higher.
How customers benefit
When events are available, participating customers can earn energy credit or money off their bill by using less electricity during the time given.

We send details of an event and when it will take place.
Reduce
Customers use less electricity than usual during the event period.
Get rewarded
Where a qualifying reduction is achieved, the reward is added as meter credit or taken off the customer’s bill.

We don’t currently have a confirmed return date. Future events will depend on available flexibility opportunities and Utilita’s participation in them.
