The Christmas competition is live from 09 December 2024 to 23:59 on 13 December 2024. You will be unable to enter after these dates. If you enter via social media, your entry will not be counted.
We’ll be in touch either on social media, or via email from extra@utilita.co.uk. We will confirm you are able to receive your prize and the best way to deliver it to you. Please don’t correspond with anyone else claiming to be Utilita!
To enter to win any of the prize bundles, you just need to head to your My Utilita app. Because of this, entries are restricted to one entry per app user.
Entries for the European Getaway are counted via our social media channels. Each comment on either Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok will result in an entry – meaning you can earn multiple entries!
Yes! You won’t be charged to enter.
Simply head over to your My Utilita app and head to the Rewards section. Here you’ll see all of our prizes on offer, as well as the prizes available for Utilita extra too.
For the European Getaway prize, entry will be detailed on our social channels. So be sure to head to Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok before the competition closes.
You should receive your reward/prize to your email address if it’s an e-gift card, or the address you give us if it’s a physical prize within 4 weeks from the closing of the competition.
Delivery will be handled by a separate courier. Utilita cannot accept responsibility for damages in transit and other delivery issues, once the prize is shipped. Any queries should be submitted to the courier, which will be communicated to the winner upon confirmation of their prize.
