It's easy set up a Direct Debit to pay your bill directly from your bank account each month. If you pay for your energy when you get your bill, you can set up a Direct Debit, simply fill out the form below. If you’re a Pay As You Go customer, we’ll need to chat – so call us on 03303 337 442.

Please allow 14 days (10 working days) for your Direct Debit to be set up. If you have selected a payment date within this period, please arrange to make your usual payment method until this has been set up with your bank/building society [and confirmed to you]

Banks and building societies may not accept Direct Debit Instructions for some types of accounts.

The Direct Debit Guarantee

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Utilita Energy Ltd. will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Utilita Energy Ltd. to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Utilita Energy Ltd. or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Utilita Energy Ltd. asks you to. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

I confirm that I am the account holder and the only person that needs to authorise this transaction. Please pay Utilita Energy Ltd. Direct Debits from the account detailed in the Instruction subject to the safeguards assured by the Direct Debit Guarantee. I understand that this Instruction may remain with Utilita Energy Ltd. and, if so, details will be passed electronically to my bank/building society. Utilita Energy Ltd name will appear against the Direct Debit on the payer’s bank statement.
