Yes, if you do not currently Pay As You Go, no problem. We will replace your credit meters with our smart metering system which operates on a pre-pay basis – allowing you to access all of the benefits of our smart Pay As You Go product and service.
If you currently have credit meters installed in your home and pay via Direct Debit or monthly/quartlery bills, a move to Pay As You Go will be different.
Pay As You Go meters mean no more bills, no more estimated readings and no more nasty surprises – instead they allow you to top-up your energy supplies how and when you decide. It’s a payment method that works for many people – and if it doesn’t suit you, you can change your method of payment in the future, without the need of changing your meters.
