PAC code

Get a PAC code from your old mobile provider to transfer your mobile number to Utilita. To receive a PAC Code, simply insert your old SIM into your phone and text PAC to 65075. You'll get a code in 60 seconds. It's that easy.

Your number will be transferred to your Utilita Mobile SIM the next working day. If there are any issues during the transfer, we will get in touch using the email you provided on the form.

Remember, your network may be interrupted during the time the transfer takes place - if this happens, please restart your phone.
