Recently, we invited customers from our Priority Services Register into our Utilita HQ to attend a customer-based focus group.
The aim of the focus group was to find out how we can tailor our product and services to better serve our most vulnerable and disabled customers. Here at Utilita, our primary focus is to always serve our customers to the best of our ability. We believe going that extra mile to personalise the service we provide to our customers based on their individual needs, is paramount.
Having one on one time with our customers gave us the chance to really understand their personal needs, and the struggles that they encounter on a daily basis. We want to help make their life easier when it comes to how they interact and use our In Home Display.
Holding these focus groups gave us invaluable feedback, which will help us to develop and move our product and services forward to be more user-friendly for all disability types.
Furthermore, it gave us really important feedback about our brand-new Utilita Shop in Gosport. Here we have plans to implement a number of updated changes, such as hearing loops, and interactive big screens for customers who have impaired sight.
Overall, we were delighted to meet our customers and get to know them better. We want to stand out from other energy suppliers, and not be faceless. We are passionate about helping all of customers, and we are keen to put this new knowledge into practice.
