Can I get Pay As You Go meters if I currently pay via credit meters?

Yes, if you do not currently Pay As You Go, no problem. We will replace your credit meters with our smart metering system which operates on a pre-pay basis – allowing you to access all of the benefits of our smart Pay As You Go product and service.

Credit to PAYG – what’s the difference?

If you currently have credit meters installed in your home and pay via Direct Debit or monthly/quartlery bills, a move to Pay As You Go will be different.
