It’s quick and easy and we’ll do the hard work for you – simply fill out the form below so we can check your details, you can then generate a unique referal link which we'll email to your friend.
To refer a friend you must be a customer with us, be live on supply, and have an electricity smart meter installed in your home. Providing you meet this criteria, you can refer your friends whenever you like by completing our online refer a friend form to generate a link which can be shared with one or all of your friends.
Every customer of ours can refer up to a maximum of 20 friends, which will total a massive £400 of free energy!
In order to refer a friend successfully, you first need to check they are happy and willing to switch energy supplier to us. Providing there are no issues with your friend's current meter type, energy provider and/or postcode region, there is no reason why your friend will not be eligible. We will always provide a full quote and price comparison to every customer who signs up with us, and if there are any problems with our ability to switch the energy supply, we will write to both you and your friend to let you know.
Please note: The electricity credit and Amazon gift is not guarenteed – if your referred friend’s supply does not go live due to an issue regarding their previous supplier, contract or meter type, the benefits of our Refer a Friend scheme will not go through.
Once your friend's supply goes 'live' with us, you will both receive your £20 gift. When you refer friends via our online refer a friend form, you will be asked to enter your 19 digit top-up card number – this allows us to apply a flag to your account to ensure you receive £20 of free energy everytime your referrals go live on supply.
Your smart meter will automatically be credited with £20 of electricity and your friend will receive their £20 Amazon voucher via email, post or SMS.
